Do You have any Original James Coleman Works? Although artwork is generally difficult to sell online for a fair price, we have many galleries with qualified buyers and good clients who use this site as a selling tool. This gives the galleries a wider range of options to their buyers. These buyers generally trust the artist name and galleries judgement. This gives you a much, much better chance of selling your artwork as compared to an online site where the buyer has no "expert" opinion to consult, doesn't know the seller, or has no "physical" gallery backing the sale and satisfaction of the client. People generally are not going to "trust you" with thousands of their dollars!
We will gladely list your art on our website for Free, you only pay us if your work sells. We do not supply appraisals and we only list at, or below current market prices.
Terms:
- All artwork must be authenticated prior to listing.
- Artwork must be Original only.
- Artwork will be offered at or below fair market value *(See note Below).
Seller to set price.
- Seller must supply a quality Photograph (if unavailable) to us prior to listing.
- Artwork must be in good to perfect condition. Any flaws must be announced.
- Must supply all specifics…sizes, condition, year, place of purchase, name etc.
- 25% commission (after any credit card or Shipping expenses) will be paid to
a Check being issued to seller.
- Seller will be paid upon purchaser receiving and being satisfied with the art.
- Seller is Responsible for shipping to the our Gallery after the sale.
Please Take Note:
Large Credit Card transactions can take as long as 7 days to be verified and settle. We will notify you of a "pending sale", which still must be verified and settled. If artwork is placed on any online auction site (Example: Ebay) you may Not Refer to your artwork on our website (direct link) , however you may refer to our website in General (link to JamesColemanOriginals.com) , making no reference to your artwork being listed by this site (Example of proper listing: See more of James Colemans work online at www.JamesColemanOriginals.com- Example of improper listing: "Buy this painting for less than it is listed at this link www.James colemanorig...../Originals/Mypainting.....") Violation of this will result in your artwork being removed from our website.
*Remeber when pricing your artwork for sale: Our Clients are looking for a "good" to "great" deals! To consign your painting to a gallery will generally cost you 45% or more, and does not guarantee a sale! Very few paintings sell today for full price, so you should not expect yours to.
Seller will be notified within 72 hours of any "pending sales"
